1991 – Polytechnic Institute of Frunze, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Automobiles and Automotive Industry;

2002 – The Kyrgyz National University named after Zhusup Balasagyn, Faculty of Law.

2004 – Diplomatic Academy of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Work experience:

1992-1995 – National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1995-1996 – Third Secretary, Second Secretary of the Department of Consular service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1996-1999 – Vice-Consul of the General Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul (Turkey).

1999-2005 – Counselor, Deputy Head, Head of the Department of Consular service, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2005-2009 – General Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul (Turkey)

January-October 2009 – First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

15.04.2010-06.09.2012 – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

October 2015 – Member of Jogorku Kenesh (Member of Parliament) of VI convocation of the Kyrgyz Republic from the political party "Republic - Ata Zhurt"; Deputy Head, Head of the Parliamentary fraction "Republic - Ata Zhurt"; Member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security, Committee on Budget and Finance of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, Co-Chairman of the “Respublica” political party.

Awarded a medal of "Dank", Excellence in financial and economic work, Diploma of the CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly, Diplomas of Honor of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2005/2007, Honorary Professor of the Technical University named after I.Razzakov and Kyrgyz-Kuwait University named after M. Kashgari.
